Nature reserve of Cala Mondragó, Santanyi

Category: Reserve Location: Santanyi Longtitude: 3.18483353 Latitude: 39.35027820 Cala Mondragó Nature Reserve is situated  on the South East coast of island of Majorca, several kilometers east of Santanyi and  South of Cala D`Or. There are  two larger bays with golden sand beaches, surrounded by an unspoilt protected nature reserve of low scrub- and pine-covered hills, sand dunes, wetlands and small rocky coves. The vegetation of the area is noted for its diversity and the fauna is especially interesting in terms of water birds. Share
