Antonio Padron Museum, Galdar

The museum was opened in 1971 and is dedicated to the work of the expressionist painter Antonio Padron (1920-1968). It is located in the former studio of the painter in his hometown, Gáldar. This is a regionalist style pavilion that is part of a larger architectural complex which also includes the garden and the family home. The exhibition consists of woodcuts and paintings and there can be seen more than hundred of Padron`s works.
