Montsià History Museum is located in Amposta (the capital of Comarca of Montsia) in the central part of the town, opposite the park. It occupies the building of the old public schools Miquel Granell (constructed 1912 by architect Ramon Salas).

The Museum exhibits  important archaeological and ethnological collections and popular art from Montsià, Baix Ebre and neighboring regions.
