Mijas Week of Cuisine has once again been organized by The Foreigners Department of the Mijas Town Hall. Each day a specialised chef will prepare 3 dishes, step-by-step, in front of a large audience. After the demonstration the public has the opportunity to taste these prepared dishes.

There are organized aslo two special workshops; a cookery workshop and a wine workshop which is being carried out by wine experts from some of the most important wine cellars in Spain.
