Despite of fact the Tango is not a typical Spanish dance and nowadays is related mainly with Argentina and Uruguay, from 1988 town of Granada hosts an International festival (Internacional de Tango de Granada), that was 1st of this kind in Spain. Nowadays there are tango festivals also in Lanjarón, Almería, Jerez de la Frontera, Sevilla, Torrejón de Ardoz, Albacete, etc.
The festival continues 6 days and attracts international artists and audience from all over the world.
