This cemetery in Sayalonga is possibly the only round cemetery in Spain. Because of its unique style it is one of the most visited architectural monuments in the Axarquía with more than 3,000 visitors per year.

There is an "Interpretation Centre" on the entrance of the cemetery which describes the history and origins of this unique construction.
