This memorial was built to pay tribute of a fear to the 191 victims of the 2004 Madrid bombings. It is located in a small garden in Madrid main train station -  Atocha. The monument is a 11-m tall cylinder which stands above the station.Thousands of messages of condolence made in the days after the attacks are inscribed on the inside of the tower.
