The Cable Car (aka "Telecabina") in Benalmadena connects the Benalmadena Costa (the trip starts from the entrance of Tivoli World at Arroyo de la Miel) with a summit of the Calamorro Mountain. The cable cars are modern and have capacity of 4 persons. The journey continues around 15 minutes in one direction and during it the tourists will be enjoyed by the beautiful views over the Benalmadena and the neighbour towns - Torremolinos and Malaga to the north-east and Fuengirola to the south-west.

After its opening in 2003 the Cable Car system at Benalmadena has fast become one of the main tourist attractions on the Costa del Sol.
