Building of the Casa-Museo Modernista in town of Novelda was designed by the architect Pedro Cerdan and built in 1903. The facade has curving wrought-iron balconies and floral designs whilst above the entrance hall is a stained glass ceiling of flowers and leaves. There is a marble staircase and a patio with hand painted tiles.
The building was fully restored after the Spanish Civil War.
