Playa Los Muertos is located south of Carboneras after the Los Marticanas beach, on the northern edge of the Parque Natural de Cabo de Gata and very close to a cement factory. It is Isolated beach whose composition is gravel / sand.

The beach is 1160 meters long and 30 meters wide. Normally, the occupancy level of the beach is low.
