There are several parks (Tejera Park, Park of Santo Domingo, etc) in Pamplona that are situated along the river, close to the most monumental part of the city. They feature several towers of the town-walls, fountains, the square of Plaza de Santa Maria la Real (with the baroque Archieopiscopal Palais), the six old doors leading into the town, etc. The parks draw thousands of visitors each year.
