The Casino Cultural de Almería is a former palace of Emilio Perez. The building is classified as Historic-Cultural Monument from 1982. The building was damaged during the Civil War and restored in 1940. In the middle of XX century it became casino gambling, until it was acquired by the Andalusian government.
