The ski resort of Baqueira-Beret is the largest in province of Lleida (Catalonia). It is situated in the Val d’Aran and has an area extending from 1,500 metres up to an altitude of 2,510.
The ski resort is equipped with 72 ski runs, covering a total area of 104 kilometres and extensive ski lift system has the capacity to carry more than 56,000 people an hour. There are pistes for all levels of skill here: 4 green runs, 36 blue, 26 red and 6 black, 7 km cross-country circuit and a slalom stadium.
