Church of Santiago (Iglesia de Santiago) in Malaga was founded in 1490, and later (in 1545) enlarged. It occupying part of the neighboring
mosque.
In the XVIII century it suffered some reforms. The original temple, of Gothic-Mudejar style, the original facade and the tower are conserved. This tower was originally built, apart from the church, following the tradition of the minarets, being united to the church in the XVL century.
