Thyssen Bornemisza Museum is housed in the 18th century Villahermosa Palace in Madrid, near Prado Museum. There are exibited more than 700 paintings that include masterpieces by artists such as El Greco, Velázquez, Dürer, Rembrandt, Watteau, Canaletto, Caravaggio, Hals, Memling, Goya, etc.
The museum houses also superb temporary exhibitions of world fine arts.
