What to see in Municipality Coruna (A)

The Castle of San Antón (castillo de San Antón) is one of the main landmarks of the city of La Coruña.

This is an old fortress built between the XVIth and the XVIIth century, in a small island of the Bay of La Coruña, to defend the city against attacks coming from the sea.

From October 1968 the fortress hosts the archeology and history museum of la Coruña (Museo Arqueológico e Histórico).
