With any Spanish destination, the central market is always a must-see destination. The cental market (Mercat Central or Mercado Central) in Valencia is worth a look during a visit to the city of Valencia. It is very extensive and  teems with life and color.

The building of the Mercat Central dates back to 1916/26 and is done in the Spanish Modernism style.
